1. Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website and services. By accessing or using the On Time Bride website, entering contests, and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

On Time Bride ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Service after the changes have been published will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is not acceptable to you, you should cease all use of the website and services.

This Contest is sponsored and administered by On Time Bride Ltd., located in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are planning a wedding. The winner must reside within 100 kilometers of Oshawa, Ontario. If the winner resides beyond this radius but within Ontario, they may still redeem the prize, but standard travel fees will apply. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on April 6, 2025 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the same day ("Contest Period").

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Basic Entry (1 Entry): Complete the free entry form at the On Time Bride exhibitor booth.

Bonus Entries (100 Entries): Complete the full wedding survey provided on the entry form.

Each participant may only submit one free entry and one survey for bonus entries. Any attempt to exceed these limits, including through multiple identities or email addresses, will result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) Winner will receive free Day-of Wedding Coordinator Services provided by On Time Bride Ltd., valued at approximately $1,100 CAD.

Prize is valid only for weddings held within Ontario, Canada up to a maximum of 10 hours of service.

Winner must be located within 100 kilometers of Oshawa, Ontario to receive the service at no cost.

If the winner resides outside this 100 km radius, they may still redeem the prize but will be responsible for applicable travel fees, which will be disclosed in advance and agreed upon in writing.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or around April 7, 2025 at On Time Bride Ltd. at 55 William St E, Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

The selected winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. In order to be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

1. Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question,

2. Sign a standard declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release form, and

3. Confirm their Ontario residence and wedding details.

If the selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or does not comply with these Official Rules, a new winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7 . Personal Information

By entering this contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the contest and for receiving future marketing communications from us, including important updates and promotional material, which you may opt-out of at any time. Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as specified in our Privacy Policy. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.ontimebride.com/privacy-policy.

In order to access and use certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account by registering your profile information. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The content available on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, software, and other materials ("Content"), is owned by On Time Bride or licensed to us. All rights to the Content are reserved, and you may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of this content without our prior written consent.

When you submit content to On Time Bride, such as your profile information, you grant On Time Bride a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without notice, if any fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor affect the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information caused by users, technical errors, or any other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this contest, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website are the property of On Time Bride or other third parties. You may not use these Marks without the express written consent of On Time Bride or the third party that owns the trademark.

11. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website and services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Posting content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Engaging in fraudulent activities or providing false or misleading information.

Attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the website through hacking, data mining, or other malicious activities.

Posting defamatory claims on social media or review websites about On Time Bride Ltd. or related parties.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold On Time Bride and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the laws of Norway, as applicable. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario or Norway for any disputes related to these Terms.

On Time Bride reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our website. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
